Mavi'nin Türküsü (The Song of "Blue")
Ahmet Kaya wrote Mavi'nin Türküsü (The Song of "Blue") for Andrea Wolf, a radical leftist activist and sociologist, who became a Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militant in 1996 and was killed in an armed fight with Turkish army forces in 1998 in Van. Andrea Wolf was originally from Germany and allegedly had links with the far-left militant group, Red Army Faction (RAF).
Wonderfully murky and sludgy synth music that feels like being dragged through a digital swamp—in the best possible way. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 12, 2023
Brilliant and chilling dark electronic music from the Netherlands with synths that slash like knife blades and an atmosphere of terror. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 8, 2022
The debut full-length from noted game composer Megan McDuffee is slick and moody electropop with more than a hint of darkness. Plus vocals! Bandcamp New & Notable May 13, 2021
A stellar cast of artists put their own shadowy spins on recent Bestial Mouths material—toward the goth club floor or into pure noise. Bandcamp New & Notable May 11, 2021
